Case Configuration
Case codes
Each mass tort case has a short code that identifies it in webhook payloads. Including a CaseCode field in your status updates helps us route them to the correct case, especially if you handle multiple case types.
Example codes:
RU→Roundup WeedkillerSM→Social Media Youth HarmNEC→NEC Baby FormulaVGA→Video Game AddictionCase codes are configured per partner during onboarding. You can use whatever convention your system already uses — we map your codes to our internal case identifiers.
Multi-firm routing
If your organization routes leads to multiple law firms, you can include a LawFirm field in your status updates to tell us which firm is handling the lead. This is optional — only relevant if you sub-route.
We're flexible on how you encode this. Some partners use a separate field, others embed it in the case code. We'll configure the mapping that works for your system during onboarding.
Adding new cases
Adding a new case type requires zero code changes on either side. Contact us with the new case code and we'll add it to your partner configuration. Typically done same-day.
Coming soon: Partner portal
We're building a self-service partner portal where you'll be able to:
- View active cases and lead volume
- Configure new case codes and status mappings
- View webhook delivery logs and retry failed deliveries
- Download lead reports and conversion analytics
Until then, all configuration is handled by our team during onboarding.
