About This Settlement
Multistate settlement for Hyundai and Kia vehicles without factory engine immobilizers that were vulnerable to theft via TikTok USB method. Up to $4,500 for total loss, $2,250 for partial loss, $375 for theft attempt expenses.
Eligibility Requirements
Own or lease an eligible Hyundai/Kia vehicle without factory immobilizer. Must have had Software Upgrade installed or appointment scheduled. Qualifying theft must have occurred on or after April 29, 2025.
